This policy explains the information handled by the YANO GAMES website. Third-party apps and external destinations have their own operators and policies; visiting a guide does not establish that their practices match ours.
Information you submit
A feedback submission includes a display name, email address, message, optional experience selection, and consent choice. The public feedback area shows approved content and the submitted display name. Your email is retained privately for administration and is not included in the public comment display.
A contact form asks for information needed to understand and respond to a website-related message. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, payment PINs, identity documents, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for the request.
Moderation and security records
Feedback enters a moderation queue before publication. Administrators can review, edit, reject, mark spam, or remove submissions, and moderation actions may be recorded in an audit trail. Security controls use session information and privacy-preserving network identifiers to limit repeated submissions and abusive login attempts.
The server may also record technical information associated with requests and errors. Administrative activity records support account security, troubleshooting, and changes to published content. Access to private records is limited through the site's administrative permissions.
Cookies and session information
The website uses session cookies for functions such as administrative login, form protection, submission limits, and avoiding repeated download counts within a session. These functions depend on the browser returning a session identifier. Blocking all cookies may prevent some forms and account controls from working correctly.
Analytics, advertising, and third-party code can be configured by the site administrator. If such services are enabled, their behavior and applicable choices should be disclosed alongside this policy. The presence of a configuration field does not mean that every optional service is active.
Links and third-party destinations
When you follow an external app, Telegram, advertising, or provider link, the destination can receive information associated with your visit under its own practices. Read that destination's policy before registering or sending information. YANO GAMES does not control an external app's collection, account processing, or financial records.
Retention and requests
Content, moderation, security, and backup records may be retained for their operational purpose and reviewed by the site operator. Removing a public comment does not necessarily remove every related audit or backup record immediately. Do not assume a specific retention period unless it is expressly stated for the relevant function.
To ask about information you submitted or request a correction or removal, use the contact page with enough context to identify the record. Requests are evaluated by the site operator; provide only the information necessary to explain your connection to the record.
