Make the decision about whether to participate before an app, promotion, or another person creates urgency. Follow local laws and relevant age requirements. If an activity involves stakes or financial risk, it is intended only for adults who meet the applicable conditions.

Choose boundaries in advance

• Decide how much time you are willing to spend and set a clear stopping point.
• If money is involved, use a limit that does not interfere with essential expenses or commitments.
• Keep limits across all apps and sessions rather than restarting them whenever you switch titles.
• Do not borrow, increase spending, or continue in an attempt to recover losses.
• Take breaks that are independent of streaks, near misses, rewards, or promotional countdowns.

Keep control of your accounts

Never share an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, password, or remote-access permission. A person claiming to be a support agent, account manager, or VIP representative still needs independent verification and should not receive your secrets.

Never pay an unofficial “release fee” to unlock a withdrawal. Save transaction references and confirm payment status through the relevant bank or verified provider. Do not publish those references, payment screenshots, or identity documents in public feedback.

Notice when a pause is needed

Step away when you feel pressure to continue, hide activity, recover money, or ignore a limit you previously chose. Participation should not displace sleep, work, study, relationships, or other commitments. A new account or different app does not remove the need for a break.

If controlling participation becomes difficult, seek support from a trusted person or an appropriate local support service. Review any documented account-limit or exclusion options offered by the verified provider; this website does not assume that a particular app has those tools.

Understand the source, device requirements, account conditions, and requested permissions. A familiar brand, attractive icon, or positive message is not a security certification. Use the installation guide to organize the checks, and choose not to proceed when important information is missing.
